Acceptable Use of the EuropaNET Service

Use of the EuropaNET Service is restricted to the community of
researchers, including industrial research departments as well as
governmental and Commission agencies for their programmes concerned
with research and development, and academic institutions.
The EuropaNET Service will be made available to subscribing
organisations, proposed by DANTE subject to access policies of the
connecting networks and subject to the applicable regulations for the
subscribing organisations in their respective countries.
Use of the EuropaNET Service is permitted only for instruction,
research and development (including the dissemination of results) and
for administration or direct support of such uses.
It is not permitted to use the EuropaNET Service for any activity
which purposely:
- seeks to gain unauthorised access to the resources of the connected networks;
- adversely affects the operation of the EuropaNET Service or jeopardises the use or performance for other users;
- wastes resources (people, capacity, computer) through such activity;
- destroys the integrity of computer-based information;
- compromises the privacy of users.
Use for commercial activities is NOT permitted.
Reamintim ca reteaua EUnet, in toate tarile in care activeaza, fiind o retea
comerciala, nu impune nici un fel de restrictii de utilizare.
